Mrs. Hughes is a talented multi-instrumentalist and vocalist well regarded throughout the Metro Atlanta area for her musicianship and commitment to music education.
Courtney's natural affinity for music was discovered at a young age when a teacher identified her as someone with "perfect-pitch," the ability to identify notes by ear. As a child and young adult, Courtney's musical skills were nurtured and she won many awards. She attended the Music Business Institute c/o the Art Institute of Atlanta.
Mrs. Hughes is a member of the Georgia Federation of Music Teachers. She has students who participate in the Festival auditions every year. She has been teaching Flute, Piano, and Voice to students of all ages at Attina's for over 7 years.

Having studied jazz performance at Georgia State University as well as performing and recording with many local, regional and national acts, Tim is a respected and sought after session musician throughout the southeast, well known for his studio and live performance skills.
Having been affiliated with Attina's Music Store as a music instructor since 1991, stringed instrument instruction is Tim's specialty. Tim is available for lessons on Guitar, violin/fiddle, mandolin, bass guitar, viola, and ukulele.

Art is an active professional drummer/percussionist and educator who resides in Fayetteville, GA. He has been performing professionally since age sixteen, including a tour of duty with the U.S. Army Band immediately after graduation from high school. He has been actively involved in private and group instruction since 1995 and has been teaching at Attina’s Music since 2000. His education includes a B.A. in music from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, and an M.M. in jazz studies from Georgia State University. He also holds a diploma from the U.S. Army Element School of Music in Littlecreek, VA. Art loves teaching drums and percussion and accepts all ages and ability levels. His background includes various areas of drumming including drum set, concert percussion, marching percussion, keyboard percussion, and hand drumming. He has also written his own method book for drum set, available exclusively at Attina’s Music.
